The dashboard is an easy way to stay connected and find everything you need in one organized place. This is where you’ll go each morning to access the session room, and it’s your go-to resource for updates, information and technical support over the next 3 days.

Your dashboard is customized specifically for you. No one but you will be able to see how you answer the bonus activity questions.

Starting at 11:00am Eastern (New York, USA) time is ideal to allow people from different time zones to join us. We’ll have lunch a few hours into the day, so plan to have water, coffee, and snacks on hand to tide you over until then.

TO BE EARLY IS TO BE ON TIME

We encourage you to arrive at 10:45am Eastern (New York, USA) time every day for “door opening”! Join us in our virtual ballroom for networking, special announcements and a high-energy vibe to start your day.

HELP DESK/SUPPORT
The Handprint Legacy Live team will be available during all regularly scheduled sessions through our virtual Help Desk. If you experience any technical difficulties, have questions, or need any kind of support, that button at the top of the page is where to go.

ATTENDEE ETIQUETTE
Ready to show up and make the most of your event weekend? Here are some tips.

WEBCAM ETIQUETTE
With many virtual events, video is one-way. This makes it more difficult for the host and attendees to be engaged and feel connected.

This isn’t one of those events. We ask that you enable your webcam throughout the event, as Tap & Katie, their team, and your fellow attendees will be able to see you and feel your energy. Turning your camera on will help make these 3 days a more fun and valuable experience for you.  

HELPFUL HINT: Be aware of your surroundings. If you take a restroom break, be sure to turn off your webcam if you take your device with you. Also pay attention to what is in your background and in view of your webcam. 

BEING PRESENT/PLAY FULL OUT

Being present is the best gift you can give yourself! Focus on the “big rock” ideas and concepts and resist the urge to take excessive notes. Put your phone on DO NOT DISTURB and turn off your email and messaging notifications to minimize distractions. If you support your family with their meals and activities, make plans in advance so you can be dialed in.

Throughout the 3 days of Handprint Legacy Live, you’ll be spending some time in “breakout rooms” with your fellow attendees. These breakouts are an essential part of Handprint Legacy Live! PLEASE PARTICIPATE. Do not use the time to run errands or check your phone. Your fellow attendees are there to support you and your visions, so please be there to support theirs.

STAY ON SCHEDULE
This is a live event. There are no re-plays. Please block out all of the event times on your calendar and make a commitment to attend all of the sessions.

CLARITY 
Less clutter, more clarity. Katie believes that less clutter makes it easier for you to learn. Keep your workspace tidy and comfortable, and ideally free of distractions and away from the “high traffic areas” of your home.
